The Mud gate valve,with superior design features precision workmanship and a proven principle are engineered to meet the harsh drilling requirements in today's oilfield.

The valve conforms to the standard flange dimensions and pressure rating of 3000 and 5000 PSI working pressure,the norminal size is 2",3",4",4"X5",and temperature service up to 400°F.

Our 7500PSI mud gate valve comes from the reform of 5000PSI mud valve.By improving body thinckness and changing the material of some parts,so that it can bear higher  pressure.

In order to reduce the pressure and displacement fluctuation of the drilling mud pump, an air bag is usually installed on the discharge pipeline. The suction air bag provided by our company has advanced structure and reliable performance, which can make the mud pump achieve the best suction effect and is widely used in petroleum , In the high-pressure pipeline of chemical transportation. This product can also be used as a stabilizer and shock absorber for air extractors.

In-Line field repair ability. For internal parts inspection, or routine maintenance, the bonnet assembly can be quickly removed from the valve body. Parts are replaced as needed, the bonnet assembly re-installed, and the valve is tested and returned to service.
Open and close with ease. Double acting threads and rising stem design mean that opening and closing the gate happens quickly, and with minimal effort to rotate the handle assembly.
