Product Description

Be sure that all scraps have been cleaned and all seal rings are good before connecting
the high and low pipeline.The union shall be assembled properly without any leakage.
The length between manifold and fluid container shall be as short as possible,and between fracturing blender truck and manifold shall have a short length as well.

 

Wellhead connecting requirements:
Nipple connected appropriate for 35MPa as general.
Flanged connected appropriate for high pressure of 70MPa&105MPa.All connecting joint shall be swivel joint.
Flanged connected specification:70/65,70/78,105/65,105/78
Connecting requirements for low pressure manifold:
Provided the quantity of water inlet in the side of fracturing blender truck is less than the quantity of fluid container,the
manifold shall be used.

If the operation discharge is above 2.5 M3/min,3 pipelines of 4 inch is needed at least.
If the operation discharge is above 3.5 M3/min,4 pipelines of 4 inch is needed at least.
If the operation discharge is above 5 M3/min,6 pipelines of 4 inch is needed at least.

 

Connecting requirement for high pressure manifold:
When the safe chain or check cable is used in the manifold,the union near the manifold set shall be excepted shall less than 0.5
M,the inpending length shall less than 5 M.
All high pressure connect shall be flexible.
A check valve or plug valve must be assembled between the pipelines connected to the wellhead.
