Product Description

The use of carbide alloy overlays on surfaces of the gate and seat enables them to have good wear and corrosion resistance, the stem is made of a special stainless steel with excellent ability of corrosion resistance. For other parts, hardness was set and controlled to proper level. Therefore, this valve can be used in H2S service. operations.

The grease fitting on the bearing cap is specially provided for bearing lubrication, facilitating injecting lubricating grease in the field. 

 

The stem thread is of the left handed and trapezoidal thread type. Turn the stem clockwise and the valve will close; turn the stem counter clockwise and the valve will open, which conforms to the common practice
