Product Description

The choke valve can be used to control the flow of oil in operation process to meet the needs of production,which has the advantages of erosion resistance and long service life.

High pressure choke valves are in accordance with API 6A and API 16C specifications.

The high pressure choke valve is a special valve which can change the channel area of the high pressure pipe to adjust the medium flow and pressure.

There are two types of fixed throttle valve and adjustable choke valve.

The adjustable throttle valve is divided into needle type, plunger type and orifice type according to the structure.
 

 

Adjustable one-way choke valve is divided into manual choke valve and hydraulic choke valve two kinds;

Adjustable one-way choke valve through the needle stem on the cone, plunger up and down movement, orifice rotation,

The fixed throttle valve can change the cross-sectional area of the fluid path to adjust the flow and pressure by changing the size of the fixed nozzle.

Connection mode is flange type, by non type, flange × oil non type

 

The size of throttle flow regulation can be directly read from the scale;

Insert the hard alloy in the nozzle and stem cone head, the plunger and orifice are made of special tungsten carbide metal material, the service life of the valve will be longer;

The top of the valve seat and stem is made of tungsten carbide for corrosion and erosion resistance;

 

The valve stem with cylindrical top has good fluid flow performance, low vibration and low noise.

The flow rate indicated by the valve scale and the connection form of both ends (connected by nonu or flange) are completely consistent with the size of foreign products;

Fixed nozzle size for the British system, completely with foreign general purpose.
